Origin: Dispatched from our international fulfillment centers.
Processing: 1–2 business days.
Transit: Europe & USA: 5–7 business days (Express options shown at checkout where available).
Tracking: A tracking link is emailed the moment your order ships.
Duties & Taxes: Displayed at checkout where supported; otherwise may be collected on delivery by local customs.
Notes: We don’t ship to PO Boxes. Address changes after dispatch aren’t guaranteed; a signature may be required.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Window: Submit a request within 14 days of delivery; ship back within 7 days of approval.
Condition: Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liner intact (swimwear must be tried on over underwear).
Exclusions: Final-sale items and original shipping fees are non-returnable.
Return Shipping: Prepaid label available (fee deducted) or use any trackable service.
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.
Exchanges: Subject to availability; for speed, return for a refund and place a new order.
